So, I won the Nutrition challenge! Very awesome!! Seems like I really do know what to eat, I just have a really hard time actually eating it! Why is it so much easier to cook some burgers and fries for dinner? I would be perfectly fine with some grilled chicken and steamed broccoli but the rest of the family hates both of those! Why must it be so tough???
This weekend we had a really good (and hard!) Pilates/Core workout with Alicia. That was very cool and I would enjoy doing more exercises like these. I have a stability ball at home but never really knew what to do with it besides crunches. I am amazed at the workout you can get without even using any machines!
We are really coming down to the wire with the program and part of me is really excited and another part is kind of sad too. I really, really want to win (of course) and I know the Health Fair where the winner is announced is going to be a lot of fun, but I am really going to hate not hanging out with the awesome families and trainers we have met along the way.
Hopefully we can all remain friends!
